The Masters Degree program in Archaeology is designed to accommodate large number of Diploma Graduates who do not have a merit pass and also majority of the students, those who intend to get a higher degree. The main objective of introducing the taught course of M.A. in Archaeology, for those who passes the Diploma in Archaeology.

Program includes only the lectures and at the end of the course the candidate should submit an individual research paper.Each program has two semesters.
Duration of the Course
Two years (twenty four months) in duration, starting from January each year. The lecture hours are as follows
Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am – 4.00 pm
Location of class – Classes are generally held at the PGIAR premises.
